“The purpose of the committee is to encourage broad-based participation in the preservation and enjoyment of our borough’s rich heritage. Its mission shall be to promote interest in local history among students and the general public, to collect and promote historic borough items and information, and to maintain and operate a public facility where town history is available and celebrated.
